The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply, in detail for each hotel as follows.
Something unforeseen can always happen. To ensure that you are financially protected in the event of cancellation or interruption of your trip, we recommend the reliable travel insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. This is included in the booking process and can be booked by you at any time.
Our cancellation conditions
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 2.00 p.m. on the day before arrival.
Cancellations after 2.00 p.m. on the day before arrival and no-shows will be charged at 100 % of the first night’s stay.
For trade fairs, reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this time and no-shows will be charged at 100 % of the first night’s stay.
Groups and seminars from 20 persons:
- cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival free of charge
- cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival 40 % of the room rate
- cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival 70 % of the room revenue
- cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival 80 % of the room rate
- cancellation up to 1 week before arrival 90 % of the room revenue
- cancellation within 7 days before arrival 100 % of the room revenue
The cancellation conditions of Messe Wieselburg GmbH apply to seminar rooms.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 2.00 p.m. on the day before arrival.
