Please enter your reservation number, which you received by email (6-digit number).
If you have booked via booking.com, you can also use the booking reservation number (10-digit number).
If you have booked via our homepage (www.onepagebooking.com/im-inn-zwettl), you can also enter this reservation number at the check-in machine (e.g.: IMINNZWETTL-F8CDD2-0043).
Check-in with first and last name
Please enter your first and last name in which the room is booked with us at the hotel. Please place a comma between the first and last name (e.g.: Max,Mustermann). Capitalisation is irrelevant in this case.
Check-in without reservation
You are welcome to reserve your room conveniently and easily yourself at our self-check-in machine. By using the “New reservation” function and entering all the necessary data, the available rooms will be displayed.
Then enter the 6-digit reservation number in the “Check-in with reservation” function.
Check-out
We ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
E-charging station
We are happy to offer you a public e-charging station at the car park next to the hotel. You will need either a credit/debit card and e-mail address or your EVN membership card.
Bicycle room
In our car park, we offer you a lockable bike room with a free e-charging station. You can access the bike room with your room card/personal PIN code.

Power activation in the room
If you have opted for a PIN code at the check-in terminal, you are welcome to take a card from reception to activate the electricity in your room.
However, any other card will also work.
Room card / PIN code misplaced
If necessary, you can have a new card/PIN code issued at the self-check-in machine under the “During your stay” function. You will also need your reservation number for this.
